The lady on the front desk was very rude.Not at all hospitable she needs to be polite I’m bound to write this review because the way she answered of my question by raising her voice was not at all acceptable the people sitting on the lobby was looking at her.Worst behaviour please give proper training to her.

Good services but my room no 402's floor was a bit sticky one, very uncomfortable for the feet. Also hot water system in shower not instant. Overall tideness was ok with good mini bar & freezer system.

The staff were disturbing at 6 am for iron board to return …irritated had a bad sleep .. long journey the next day It is important for guests to get proper sleep please train your staff n put more iron boards

I had stayed in this hotel for two nights alongwith my wife in room no 505. Primarily the hotel staffs is too lazy to respond to your needs. Few issues need to be addressed at the managerial level for better and satisfactory stay of the guests. Firstly, I had complained about the AC leaking inside the suite more than once, the maintenance staff did sent a mechanic to repair and look into the matter. Despite that, the AC kept on leaking the whole duration of the stay. Secondly, the stench of the bathroom was oversighted by the house keeping staffs despite briefing them personally. There were also more issues but I have covered only two basic ones. Lastly despite all these ordeal me and my wife had to go through, the staffs didn't bother to give an acknowledgement nor change my room. Due to this lack of improper service and poor staffs response, I had to shift the hotel to some place else. However, the staffs were very polite and poised during the bill payment. They charged me full amount for all the services provided by them. It is earnest request to the manager to be more responsive and proactively involve in training the staffs properly.

Hotel condition is very poor and old infra. Bed / Towel / Room is not cleaned properly its clearly looks dirty. Not hot water. do not have good amenities. I am not preffering to stay next time. Thank you
